I want to track the order

We will email your tracking information on the next day when the order has be shipped. The tracking information generally becomes available within 24 to 48 hours after we shipped the order.

I didn't receive my order emails

Firstly you can check the email junk box.

If you still can't find it, please email us about the order details and your personal information placed in your order, for us to check your order.

My order is returning to About The Blink

Undeliverable orders due to customer or address error will require reshipment. If this happens, we want to make sure you receive your order. You will need to cover the cost of the second shipping attempt. Please email support@abouttheblink.com to make sure we have the correct address.

I entered the wrong address, can I change?

Customers are responsible to make sure the shipping address are correct are complete.

Please contact our Customer Support Team: support@abouttheblink.com within 12 hours after placing the order if you want to change the shipping address.

Any losts of the products because of wrong shipping address will not be refund.

I received Wrong/Defective/Damaged Products

If you receive a defective/damaged product, please contact us within 3 days you received the product, then we will send you a replacement for free.

I am not happy with my purchase, can I get refund/return?

If you are not happy with your purchase or want to exchange other products, you may return it within 30 days of the arrival date for a refund (Shipping fee & Taxes will not be refunded). Your product must be in an unused condition and in its original packaging.
